    You can access many different resources through the Valley Library Consortium's website.  The St. Charles District Library is a member of the Valley Library Consortium.  By clicking on the link above, you will be able to access:

Archived magazine and newspaper articles
Electronic books
Various search resources
Links to other informational resources

    These are available at no cost to you.  All you need is a valid library card.

 

    Also, MeLCat (Michigan's eLibrary) is available at:

    MeLCat is a catalog of many Michigan Libraries that allow you to place requests and they will be sent to the St. Charles District Library for you to pick up.  We encourage patrons to use this service, but please search the VLC Online Catalog and place requests there first before using MeLCat.

  In order to use MeLCat you will need to select from the list of Libraries where your item will be shipped to.  Please select St. Charles Dist Library.  You will also need a valid library card and your name.
